Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Please email us before any return, to inform us of the issue you have with your order: info@beautimaxx.us. If a return is approved, we will provide you a shipping return address, to expedite the process.

To complete your return, we require a receipt for in-person purchase or proof of purchase for on-line buys. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Return Center Department.

 

CREDIT/REFUND (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a store or e-gift card credit and will automatically be given to you or your store account, within 5 – 7 business days. In certain circumstances a purchase refund will be granted but will require approval from one of our Retail Specialists.

  • BEAUTIMAXX is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
